When you request a donation receipt, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, mailing address, and any details you share about your donation. We use this information only to prepare and send your official donation receipt.

Information collected automatically

When you submit one of our forms, we record your IP address and browser information alongside the submission. This is used solely to protect the forms from spam and abuse.

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the website is used, such as which pages are visited. This does not identify you personally.

Your display preference (light or dark theme) is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

Video playback

Live streams and sermon recordings are delivered through third-party video providers (Vimeo and Mux). When you play a video, your device connects to these services to receive the stream, and they receive technical information such as your IP address as part of delivering the video. The Apple TV app

Our Apple TV app does not require an account and does not include ads, tracking, or analytics. The app requests publicly available content (service streams, sermons, and church information) from our servers and plays video through the same third-party providers described above. We do not collect personal information through the app.

Accounts

Only church team members who administer the website have accounts. Visitors and app users never need to sign up or sign in.

How we share information

We never sell your information or share it for advertising. Information is only processed by the service providers we rely on to operate the website (such as hosting, database, email, and video providers), and only for that purpose.

Retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Donation receipt requests are kept as long as required for the church’s tax and record-keeping obligations.
